K1S have assisted our legal department to implement a group wise Contract and Case Management System. K1S assisted us in the planning and deploying the Contract Management Tool from the initial start-up to the successful deployment. The Tool is currently in use from Hong Kong in the East to US in the West. The project was delivered to us in close cooperation with the technology provider.
K1S assisted the company in refocusing their ERP implementation project. K1S worked in close cooperation with the ERP project manager to re-plan the ERP project so that it could be delivered according to the revised schedule. K1S coached the ERP project manager to get back in charge of the complex ERP project that had slipped due to inadequate planning and scoping.
K1S have managed different operational development projects in our organization, taking these from the initial project status, to successful deployment and close down. These projects have been deployed in multi cultural and multinational environments. The project management tasks have continuously been executed to high industry standards and with high personal commitment.
